Shipping Policy:
Delivery is carried out by the courier company Omniva across all Baltic countries as well as within Europe.
Baltic countries:
When placing your order, you will receive an SMS message with a return code. Simply enter this code at the parcel terminal and place the item in the parcel locker compartment.
Returns from other European countries:

In-store Pickup at our Shopoclock.lv Online Store:
Service fee – free of charge.
You can collect your order at our location in Saldus, Slimnīcas iela 3. Your order can be picked up after it has been placed, by arranging the pickup in advance via message or by calling +371 29593732.
Please note that if the order is not collected within 7 days, it will be canceled and the payment will be refunded.
